Online Casino Boss Makes Asian Rich List

The name Ruth Parasol is renowned throughout the online casino industry. The founder of online casino firm Party Gaming even made world headlines after she featured on Forbes' Wealthiest People list in 2005. However, less well-known up until now is the online casino firm's second founding member, 34-year-old Anurag Dikshit.
After less than a decade in the online casino industry, Dikshit has become one of the world's youngest billionaires and has recently been named as the third richest Asian after amassing a fortune of 1.7 billion pounds sterling. He first began his career in the online casino industry with Ruth Parasol after the Californian based businesswoman predicted that online gaming would be the internet growth area of the future. Dikshit brought valuable computer skills to the online casino industry and was one of Party Gaming's first initial shareholders. His fortune was solidified when Party Gaming went public on the London Stock Exchange in 2005. Dikshit retained 32 percent of his shares; a decision that has no doubt had a major impact on his fortunes.
Dikshit may have slotted comfortably into third place with his online casino fortune but he is not the only Party Gaming executive to appear on the Asian Rich List. In seventh position is Vikrant Bhargava, the online casino firm's marketing director, who boasts a fortune worth 592 million pounds sterling.
